Welcome to Our Blog: Meet your Landscape Designer

Hello and welcome to my blog! I'm Darlington Samuel, the founder and lead designer of KCS Landscaping, LLC. With over 10 years of experience in landscape design, I am thrilled to share my passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces with you.

A Little About Me

My journey into landscape design began almost 20 years ago when I stumbled across the Landscape Architecture major over at North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University in Greensboro, N.C….AGGIE PRIDE!!. When I look back and think about how I got here…I thank GOD for guiding me this whole time even when I could not see the destination. All my training and experience had been compounding organically throughout the years and eventually the pieces started to come together at NCA&T. After earning my degree in Landscape Architecture in 2009, I honed my skills working on a variety of projects, from residential gardens to urban greenspaces. Each project has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and refine my craft.
